All Services should be booked through Karaweik M & J

Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written
notice is received and the following cancellation
charges are payable:
More than (4) weeks prior to arrival date : No Charge
(4 ~ 3) weeks prior to arrival date : 20% of full
payment
(3 ~ 2) weeks prior to arrival date : 40% of full
payment
(2 ~ 1) weeks prior to arrival date : 50% of full
payment
Less Than (1) week : 70% of full payment
No Show : 100% Group Discount
Every 16th member of a group will be granted
complimentary subject to a maximum limit of three
members.
Package Tour
Package tour includes:
(1) All internal transportation i.e , domestic flight,
train and coach
(2) Hotel accommodation on full pension
(3) Sightseeing and excursion
(4) Entrance fees and porterage for two pieces per
person and
(5) Accompanied language through out speaking guide
only.
Accommodation
Accommodation is on twin-sharing basis with
supplementary charge for single occupancy. For a third
occupant sharing the same room, a bed will be provided
at an additional cost.
Accommodation will be provided at a Superior / Standard
hotel but in the event that is not possible, every
effort will be made for any alternative hotel of similar
standard.
All the rates are for per room per night quoted in US
Dollars.
Meals
Daily breakfasts will be provided at hotels or other
standard restaurants. But all lunches and dinners will
be provided at standard restaurants.Baggage
Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44 lbs (20kgs) per
person is allowed. Any loss or damages to baggages or
belongings are not responsible to the company. However,
the company will assist for claims.Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in
part will be given for services included in the
programme and not utilized by the clients.
